ReplyDeleteApparently this is not a lie because I did a background check on the name Ron Carboni, and it showed terroristic threat, and aggravated assault, along with family violence. People like that shouldn’t be on the street, yet alone in someone’s home. Hopefully Trump Can put people away like this instead of foreigners who are trying to make something of themselves .

You have repeatedly accused the company and we have requested to meet with you on several occasions but you have refused. My testimony is a MUST-READ!
ReplyDeleteI suffered major damage to my roof during the 2008 Hurricane Ike Storm, which in turn, caused much damage to the interior of my house. I called FEMA. They referred me to my insurance company. I was denied!!! In a nutshell, I was told that I was not covered by the hurricane! I argued my situation for months! Meanwhile, I worked with many, many repair contractors. They attempted to challenge my insurance claim and make the repairs through their companies. None succeeded! Most contractors dropped me like a hot potato after learning that I could not pay them in-full on my own.
A couple of years passed. I persistently looked for options to repair and keep my home! In addition … by this time, I was legally being sued by my Home Owner’s Property Association for being out of compliance! Then, I responded to a contractor’s flyer left on my mailbox! It was Woodland’s Roofing, Inc. I responded and arranged a meeting.
I met with the owner, Ron Carboni, and explained my situation. Ron was sincere and was willing to work with me. I had never met this man before, and he did not know me! Ron worked with me as I continued to fight with my mortgage company, insurance company and my Home Owner’s Property Association!
After several months, the insurance company conceded and paid out a very minimum amount to do the major repairs to my house, my home! Ron Carboni is tenacious!!! He provided hope, guidance and direction along the way! He stood on his principles of justice, and not only did he make the necessary repairs, but did the repairs at a loss to his business! Ron is not just a contractor, but a person that cares about the integrity of his field of business.
I have recommended his company to my family and friends and would recommend Ron to anyone! He is very knowledgeable in his field and true to his word!!!

ReplyDeleteMy name is Keith Darden, Ron is working on a room addition and roof replacement for me right now. His price on the room addition was substantially lower than other bids I received and the roof replacement was on the low end of the bids. When the job is complete I will come back and add further comments. I have complete confidence in Ron. The internet is both good and bad. It is pretty easy to unfairly put something out that just ain't true.

ReplyDeleteRoof has been completed. First rain, no leaks.(: As expected Ron has been very easy to work with and his employees and sub-contractors have been professional. Room addition is about half complete and also decided to have my house hardiplanked. Ron, and all the people working with him are doing great. I seldom give reviews but when you see obvious BS you need to counter it.
The wife is happy. Hell must have froze over! The wife is never happy!
DeleteThe job is complete. We decided to hardiplank the house while we were at it. Everything was finished on a timely basis, despite the weather which was not real cooperative at times. Ron and his crew were professional and cleaned up after the job. Unlike my only prior experience with a general contractor, who basically sold his services and then I never saw again, Ron was involved throughout and inspecting the work at every stage.
I suggest everyone get a bid from Ron before getting roofing, room addition or any major work done. Ron's bid on the room addition was the lowest by far and the work was to a high standard.

ReplyDeleteIm surprised at the negative reviews for this company... I have had Ron complete multiple projects on my house and they all came out perfect... His bids were lower than the rest from other construction companies and he followed through on the job from start to finish just like he promised. I would highly recommend Ron and his team. I have been using them for years and have never had an issue.

They gave us a fair and honest quote and never went over the budget as previous contractors did in the past. They delivered before the promised deadline and cleaned after themselves. They even took care of some wood and debris another contractor left behind a couple of months before we found Ron and his company.

They say word of mouth advertising is the most effective kind there is... Well, I have nothing but praises about Ron and his crew. Give them a shot and you won't be sorry.
And to PAULD6378 I'd say "You reap what you sow"... If you make a bed of lies you're gonna have to sleep on it sooner or later son.

Ron and his guys did a demo for me on a 4,000 sq ft. home. He had a deadline of less than a week, he got the guys and equipment out there got the job done and saved me from paying a great deal of money in taxes. His quote was fair and he did an excellent job. He got it done right and on time, I was completely satisfied with Ron. Will recommend him to my friends and use him again.

I agree with this article. I did a background check after reading it, and discovered the owner, Ron Carboni, has a felony in aggravated assault and terroristic threat. You do not want this guy in your home, especially around your family.
